Traditional Hard Cider a semi-dry hard cider made with a blend of our own and locally-grown apples in a 750ml champagne bottle.  Blueberry Hard Cider a semi-sweet hard apple cider with blueberries handpicked from our farm. The pigments in blueberries respond to changes in pH and appear pink when blended with our tart apple cider, giving this cider a natural rose color.  Maine Ice Cider an ice cider naturally concentrated through freezing and thawing in the Maine winter. Winner of a 2010 Seed Grant from the Maine Technology Institute and a Silver Medal at the 2011 Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition, the largest cider and perry competition in North America. All of our products are gluten-free. |
